Wraparound Care at Bellefield

Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club runs daily from 8:00am to the start of the school day and is an exciting place to join your friends before school for a healthy breakfast, to play games or complete your homework before the school day starts. A breakfast club session costs £2 per day.

To book a place for your child simply log onto your Arbor Parent Portal and add the slots you would like your child to attend. For more information on how to use Arbor please follow the links below.

Bellefield After School Care (BASC)

We offer After School Care which runs from 3.15pm to 5.45pm every full school day.

We are able to offer care from 3.15pm to 4.30pm at a cost of £3.50 per session, or 3.15pm until 5.45pm at a cost of £7 per session.

This is a great place to have fun with friends, play games or do your homework. The club is run by our fantastic team of TA's and HLTA's and a healthy snack is provided. From 8th September 2025 Active Trowbridge will be attending for the half session - a different activity will be run daily for your children to enjoy!

You can book regular sessions throughout the term or dip in and out as you please. These are currently booked online through Arbor - please follow the below link for more guidance.

Paying for Wraparound Care using Tax-Free Childcare

All parents are able to pay for both breakfast club and after school care using the Governments Tax-Free Childcare scheme. By using Tax-Free Childcare for every £8 you pay into this account, the government will pay in £2, you can then use this balance to pay for the cost of wraparound care as well as Nursery and childminder fees for other children.
