Welcome to Cedar's Class page!

My name is Mr Rees and I am your class teacher for 2026-2027.  

The class is made up of 14 Year 5's and 14 Year 6's.  

Joining us in Cedar class this year is:

Mrs Hayward will be teaching Cedar class on Mondays.

Autumn Term

Reading

Your child will be given a book and a reading record to take home with them. If they wish to read a book from home then please do. Parents can initial the record every time they read with their child and the class teacher or teaching assistant will do so also. Regular reading will result in rewards in school!

PE

Our PE days are Tuesday and Thursday. Please can you send your child in PE kit on these days. 

Snack

Please ensure your child has a small piece of fruit or vegetable for snack time. This may be eaten outside so please keep this in mind. 

Year 6 - Walking home

Please ensure you have completed the online form sent from the office giving your child permission to walk home.
